ABOUT INTERGROUP CONSULTING

Intergroup Consulting brings Hidden Currents understanding and expertise.

Our work connects organisational development and change management with the everyday behaviours through which people deliver results.

OUR FOUNDATION

Grid International

Hidden Currents helps identify and understand what is operating beneath visible organisational problems.

Grid provides the behavioural and developmental depth that helps people and groups change how they work together.

Grid gives people a framework, principles, skills, tools and insights that help them examine their own behaviour, understand its impact and develop greater capability to work through difficult realities together.

Intergroup Consulting brings the experience and expertise to apply these approaches to real organisational situations and results.
